Cancellation Policy
We understand that "life happens", but unfortunately, all events are non-refundable.
If you have booked a private party, but need to reschedule, please ensure you provide us with 48 hours notice by sending us an email via the link below. We will then contact you to reschedule your booking for a more suitable date within a 6 month time frame.
Cancellations of any kind are subject to NO REFUND POLICY. However, you will be able to reschedule your booking within a 6 month time frame from your original scheduled event date.
Cancellation of events at venues will incur a $500 fee
