Glass and Brush is a unique way to bring new customers to your venue whilst offering your existing customers a new experience and something creative for your venue. It’s a great way to utilise your cafe, bar, or function room during nontrading times to optimise your rental return.
How to host an event
Glass and Brush are able to host events at your location. There is no charge to you when you host a public event on your slow afternoon or night. We bring everything to you for the painting experience and you offer the venue, food, and/or drinks for 20-70 dining customers at your café or bar for a unique experience of painting, drinking, and eating.
What do you need to do?
It’s a 4-hour event (including set up and pack up) and we provide everything that is needed for the customers to paint their masterpieces – all we need is the space, tables, and chairs for up to 70 guests.
We will provide the canvases, acrylic paint (that cleans up with water), brushes, aprons, easels, and tablecloths to protect your tables
What we need
To hold a Glass and Brush event at your café or bar, we will need:
- designated space that can comfortably seat up to 70 guests
- pick a date and one of our paintings for your guests to create
- promote the event through your website and social media platforms and we will do the same
- access to a screen, and/or electricity
