Benefits of hosting a Painting with Purpose event
No Experience Needed
Our motto is FUN art, not fine art. We focus on what participants can do. Every session is guided, inclusive, and adapted to suit all levels of ability—whether cognitive, physical, or emotional.
Social & Community Participation
Painting together promotes shared experiences and friendships. It’s a great way to meet others, build confidence, and participate in a communal activity that’s both stimulating and therapeutic.
Mental and Emotional Wellbeing
Painting helps people relax, express themselves, and reduce stress. It can boost self-esteem and provide a real sense of achievement.
Meaningful Engagement
Art improves focus, memory, and problem-solving—all in a calm, no-pressure environment that participants genuinely enjoy.
Designed for All Abilities
Whether someone is non-verbal, has limited mobility, or lives with a developmental or mental health condition, our sessions are adapted to suit their needs. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join in.
